WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

The Simitri Problem Analysis Decision Making Workshop is a highly interactive course that provides participants with the skills to clearly define problems and choose effective solutions. During the workshop, we explore both rational and creative problem-solving techniques including the 5 Whys, Force-Field Analysis, Assumption Avoidance and SCAMPER. Furthermore, we discuss a number of tools the participants can use to ensure their ‘decisions’ are realistic and workable within their current business environment.

A key element of the workshop is helping the participants discover their own problem-solving style and approach to decision-making to ensure they can both contribute to group problem-solving sessions and lead others through the problem analysis decision-making process.
