A certified coach and lawyer, he has spent more than 30 years coaching senior leaders. At Simitri, As CEO and President, David leads strategy for Business Development and manages the company's VIP clients.

Guy, co-founder of Simitri in 2003, serves as Master Facilitator and CCO, and is passionately committed to people development. With 25 years of coaching and facilitation experience, he oversees the training and development of all Simitri consultants and facilitators. Guy's background includes 13 years in financial services and investment banking, and he has made numerous radio and TV appearances.

Christine, with a background in regulatory and risk within the financial services industry in APAC, now manages strategy and shared services at Simitri. She excels in building diverse teams, fostering mutual commitment and a shared vision as the foundation for success.

Hui brings over two decades of expertise in program management, finance, operations and Human Resource management gained from working in New Zealand, Singapore, and China. Certified by ACCA, Hui has spearheaded Simitri China for over 13 years, collaborating closely with Fortune 1000 clients and business development to enhance our clients' growth and prosperity through optimising human capital.

Yvonne boasts a rich tenure of over 12 years at Simitri, commencing her journey in Japan before a notable five-year tenure in Hong Kong, and presently stationed in Australia. Armed with a BBS in Psychology, a Grad. Dip. in Counselling, and certification as a Coach, she orchestrates a global team of content developers and instructional designers. This team operates as the cornerstone of intellectual property production, crafting standard working materials and fulfilling bespoke client customisation requirements.

Idan assumes a pivotal role within the Simitri framework, leading the Account Management team tasked with overseeing all logistical aspects of Simitri's services. With a decade-long journey spanning diverse industries, Idan has found his professional home, driven by a passion for continual self-improvement and fostering the growth of others.

Rebecca holds the reins as the head of financial management for the group, across all Simitri entities. With close to three decades of global expertise in Finance and HR under her belt, she adeptly oversees tax and compliance reporting, alongside managing Human Resource functions. Notably, Rebecca boasts distinguished credentials as both a Fellow Chartered Accountant in Singapore and a CPA in Australia.

Nicole takes the helm in shaping and implementing Simitri's marketing strategy across its digital and offline channels. With half a decade of diverse experience from marketing and communications to PR spanning diverse sectors like events, e-commerce and even NPOs, she revels in crafting the overarching vision and witnessing its fruition.
