A leading multinational financial institution headquartered in Germany partnered with Simitri to create a global First-Time Manager Leadership Development Program. This fully customised program introduces foundational leadership practices, tools, and theories, while immersing participants in extensive practical application to reinforce learning. Designed with cultural adaptability in mind, the program respects regional nuances without compromising the integrity of the learning outcomes. Leveraging its global pool of expert facilitators, Simitri delivers flexible, modular training both in-person and virtually, ensuring consistent quality and relevance across regions. Virtual Company Cultural Adoption
Simitri designed a highly-customised virtual instructor-led training (vILT) program to drive a cultural shift within a global software company, helping employees adapt to industry changes. The program featured three webinars focused on developing the right mindset, self-management, and stakeholder collaboration. Attendees from 11 countries participated remotely, with sessions in English, Japanese, Korean, and Mandarin. Participant engagement was exceptional, with 96% returning for the second session and 92% for the third. Social Selling Skills Program
Simitri collaborated with a multinational insurance company to design an innovative social media selling skills workshop for sales agents across the Asia Pacific region, leveraging platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Line, and WhatsApp. The program featured customised digital content, including engaging videos and e-books, addressing the challenge of delivering training to agents with limited access to traditional learning resources. The solution consisted of three modules, covering various aspects of social media selling. It included interactive half-day workshops, supported by downloadable videos and e-books for in-class use or self-paced learning where workshops weren't available. The program received strong feedback, with an initial pilot in four markets and plans to expand to five more across the region.
