2023 marked a momentous occasion for our company as we celebrated our 20th anniversary. It has been an incredible journey, one that would not have been possible without your trust and loyalty. Your belief in our vision has been the driving force behind our continuous growth and success.
One of the highlights of this celebratory year was the global conference we hosted in the beautiful city of Singapore. At Simitri, we practise what we preach. It is essential that we re-skill ourselves regularly and at the global conference, we did just that with many of our consultants coming together to share their knowledge!
During this event we also held an anniversary dinner as a heartfelt tribute to our colleagues who have dedicated over a decade of continuous service to Simitri Group. It was an evening filled with nostalgia, appreciation, and inspiration as we honored the dedication and commitment of our long-serving team members. Their unwavering loyalty is a testament to the Simitri family's enduring spirit.
Furthermore, we embarked on a collaborative journey with YOU✨ our esteemed clients, to develop 20 new training programs. Your invaluable insights and feedback played a pivotal role in shaping these initiatives, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our ever-changing business landscape. Our Learning Trends Report, which we released in September, received overwhelming acclaim from industry experts and clients alike.
