As we move into the second half of 2022, we thought that it would be of interest to you if we shared a consolidated view on our clients training focus so far in 2022 and what demands we are experiencing for the latter part of the year.
Business Simulations are starting to get traction for shorter durations, a need to add time for the learning and debriefing has seen enormous success in the application of the learning.
No surprise that we are delivering a large amount of training on Working Remotely or in a Hybrid environment for leaders and individual contributors.
Business seems to be in full swing in the USA and Europe with companies pushing for new business development opportunities and in doing so Simitri is supporting them with our new Sales Curriculum.
Virtual Training continues to be the preference in Asia, Singapore being the exception, with durations now extending to 3 hours workshop, staff are eager for the development opportunities and with the younger generation, 3 hours seems to suit their attention span.
70% of workshops delivered have been Tailored to our clients specific needs, weather that is adding a clients case study or changing the language to meet the companies culture or even adding client methodologies and competencies to our standard workshop. The need for targeted training is growing across all regions.
Communications Skills continue to be the most sort after training catalogue in 2022.

Companies are going back to basic because language and emotions drive the culture and success of the organisation.
