WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

The Simitri Driving Success Through Innovation Workshop provides leaders, managers and team members with the mindset, skills and techniques to remove barriers that may limit creativity and bring a higher level of creativity and innovation to your teams.

The workshop gives participants the tools to remove barriers to creativity and stimulates the creative process. During the course, participants spend time learning how to create an environment and approach to creativity that ensures the entire team is maximising creative thinking.

This is a ‘hands on’ course, where participants have opportunities to practise a number of creativity and innovation techniques in a controlled environment.
